Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OakPrism (“the Service”), operated by Mea Global Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
OakPrism is an AI-powered data analysis platform that processes uploaded CSV and Excel files to generate interactive dashboards, statistical reports, and narrative insights. The Service includes data parsing, cleaning, analysis, chart generation, and AI-powered narrative writing.
Account & Access
Anonymous access: You may use OakPrism without an account for up to 2 reports. Anonymous reports expire after 24 hours.
Registered accounts: By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Account termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@oakprism.com.
Subscription Plans & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Your Data & Content
Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload and the reports generated from your data. OakPrism does not claim ownership of your content.
License to us: By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process, analyse, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or account.
Prohibited content: You may not upload data that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or is intended to harm others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
AI-Generated Content
Reports include AI-generated narrative insights produced by Anthropic's Claude API. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all insights before making business decisions. OakPrism is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or strategic advice.

Exceeding your plan limits will require upgrading to a higher tier. We will not delete or restrict access to reports already generated within your limits.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Upload files designed to disrupt the Service (e.g. zip bombs, malformed files)
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download reports
Intellectual Property
The OakPrism name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of Mea Global Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. This does not restrict your rights to your own uploaded data and generated reports.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OakPrism and Mea Global Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
